My car (a 1994 Chevrolet Tahoe) kept dying, unexpectedly (once just as I was getting on the freeway so I called Russ, the owner and operator of the shop. Without hesitation, he said I can get it in the next day. I brought the car in, he had a look and called me later that morning. It was my security system that required a specialized second key to start the car that was malfunctioning. Russ told me the options that I had, and we went from there. I had my car back by the end of the day that I brought it in. Here, I must add that my choice was the less complicated option, therefore took less time. Had I chosen to have the system reset, my car would have been in for a few days. Russ is always courteous, professional and honest. Because I have a limited budget, we discuss what my best options are, as well as what is most important to have worked on next, since mine is an older car.
